Project: Milife – the world’s most advanced online coaching system. Church was commissioned with the creation of the sales website and the web software interface.

Challenge: Communicating the MiLife advantage demands a high level of consumer understanding of the ‘smart’ elements of the system. The challenge was achieving this with a time-poor audience, bombarded with weight management solutions.

Approach: A rigorous interrogation of the brand DNA, consumer insight and the use of open question need-creation copy to optimise information architecture.

Solution/results: A sales site in which all unnecessary ‘noise’ has been eliminated and the sales process builds commitment to action. The main software interfaces provide a true ‘coach’ experience.
