Project: Digital Asset Management (DAM) and administration system.
The challenge: Gillette became sponsors of the English Rugby Team, Rugby League and of a stable of the UK’s finest athletes. They needed this multi-million investment to really pay off.
Approach: Church looked at how the assets could be best accessed by all stakeholders whilst minimising the administrative headaches of the Gillette management team in deciding who got what.
Solution/results: An intranet-based DAM that simplified administration of assets. The system provided a nose-to-tail approach – making sure that stakeholders requesting any item had both authorisation and a strong ROI case.
The results – Gillette dramatically reduced the marketing team man-hours consumed in managing the assets and speeded up and simplified delivery.
