Project: Cargiant, the world’s largest used car dealership, wanted to increase brand awareness, car sales and data capture.

Challenge: Low consumer perceptions, lacklustre advertising reinforced by a very poor web experience from a site that was not SEO optimised. Expectations from the family - owned business were high and, with a £4million promotional budget and sales approaching 1,000 cars a week, there was a lot at stake.

Approach: Extensive research and analysis resulted in Church developing a new market segmentation model, a refined proposition and a fully integrated campaign that delivered the full ‘path to purchase’ model.

Solution/results: From on/offline lead generation through to the full digital experience, the Church campaign immediately delivered dramatic results. 28.8% increase in new visitors, reduced calls into the care lines and a significant increase in car sales.
